Only a few people can join this study abroad trip, so the member is restricted. It depends on your department. English department can participate in 40 people. If there are many participants, two or three grade students are preceded.
The person which takes part in has three conditions. If you don’t have them, you can’t take part in. First, you are healthy both physical side and mental side. Second, you have enough ability of study. Third, you must go to the meeting. There are 4 meeting in all.
Also, when you take part in this study abroad, you can get special money. Every student can get special money. However unless you hand out the report and study much, you can’t get special money, so you should do your best.
